Led by experts in podcast production, voice over training, personal brand and media coaching, this workshop provides a supportive space to build skills in voice, presence, and storytelling – all while fostering authentic, impactful communication.

Cass Denton is an audio producer with over a decade of experience working on award-winning shows for companies such as the BBC, The Guardian, Unedited, Audible and more.

Whether it’s Notting Hill Carnival, a farm, a broadcast studio, or a living room, Cass prioritises creating an environment where presenters and hosts feel supported to do their best work, bringing care, creativity, and a calm presence to every production.

Sefa Nkyi

Now the founder of 4C Voices, she offers advice, guidance and support to aspiring voice over artists.

Ronke Lawal is an award-winning PR and communications expert, speaker, and coach. She founded Ariatu Public Relations in 2004, specialising in consumer and diaspora-focused communications.

Ronke regularly delivers media training and corporate workshops and contributes to discussions on pop culture, business, and current affairs. In 2024, Ronke became Chair of Black Women in Comms UK and was named one of the UK’s Top 50 Black Women in Media.
