Barking & Dagenham Giving's GROW Fund is the first community-led investment fund in England. Residents have the power to make decisions about how money is invested in their neighbourhoods.

Spotify’s Sound Up program was designed to amplify the voices of aspiring podcasters from underrepresented backgrounds. I delivered workshops and mentoring for the 2019 and 20/21 cohort.
